Tastes like Strawberry wine. Superb with complex spirits, and in Spritz with simple dilution from soda or sparkling wine. Particularly good paired with Tequila, Mezcal & Dry Gin.
1% balsamic content adds bass acidic notes to rich, ripe Strawberry. Making an adult & authentic 21st century take on a Strawberry Liqueur.
Most large multinational liqueur producers established their recipes back in the 1800s – we believe the 2020s require a more adept approach. Where you’ll find off the shelf liqueurs mostly running around the 230 g / L mark – we aim much, much lower. So you can make your own decision about sugar in your cocktail.
