Why balanced for Cocktails?

Tastes have changed since Cointreau & Chambord struck ground in the 1800s & the 1980s. We think of Liqueurs as liquid with acidity, dryness, bitterness & spice.

We believe that todays consumer should be able to make their own decision.

We produce transient labels working with artists who work in Bars & Restaurants

We make around 1500 of each design, then when sold we commission new. We have produced around 40 designs so far.

Why do we list all of our ingredients?

We believe in radical honesty. So much of what we consume is based not on the ingredients, but the marketing. Alcoholic products in the UK are not required to list their ingredients.

Why produce in Central Manchester?

We believe in being right on the doorstep of one of the most vibrant scene of hospitality venues, to understand the challenges of the industry and produce liquid which answers those challenges.
