Why are our liqueurs different?

What does balanced for Cocktails mean?

Most historic liqueurs recipes were made in the 1820s- with an emphasis on preservation of flavour and high sugar content.

We purposefully make ours for palates in the 2020s.

We believe liqueurs are flavour, not just sugar. With balanced acidity and considered sourcing of ingredients, abv to suit the occasion.

Sugar is a tool, but so is bitterness and ascerbity – we balance our range accordingly.

We produce transient labels working with artists who work in Bars & Restaurants

We make around 1500 of each bottle label, then when sold we commission new. We have produced 50 designs since 2022.

Why does MouseKingdom list all of their ingredients?

We believe in radical honesty about liqueurs and production. In the UK there is no requirement by law to list any ingredients in Alcoholic products. Everything we make, you’ll be able to read about on the label.

Why produce in Central Manchester?

Manchester has one of the best Hospitality scenes in the UK, with exceptional Bars and Restaurants.

We chose to be on their doorstep to provide exceptional Cocktail Liqueurs & to be a part of the community.
