Blue Liqueur

Description

If Glam Rock was a liqueur… This Liqueur doesn’t care what you think about it. It is BLUE, indulgent, colourful, unique & PROUD. It is 20% abv, and made with the same distillate as our Quad sec. So it has tropical ester driven citrus fruit on the nose, and rich caramel and cooked citrus hidden right down in the core.

This is also the first recycled BLUE Citrus liqueur in the world.

We source our Lemons, Oranges and Grapefruits from central Manchester. Every friday we collect waste juiced fruit from our stockists on e bike. We infuse straight into our next batch off the still.

We also balance sugar and acidity. Other large multinational liqueurs run around 230 g / L. We believe in a dry approach to the category – holding much lower, around 130 g / L

This means off the bat you’ll have a more punchy, complex multilayered first sip. If you’d like to add the sugar back when you mix, of course you can. We believe that decision should be yours.

Every bottle we sell is unique and changing – with consistency of flavour, so you can trust every sip. Every label run is limited, and when we sell through we commission new with local artists.
