Wild Garlic Liqueur, 40% abv. 500ml

 

Wild Garlic, hand foraged in early April 2025, from less than 10msq of ground on the South bank of the river Mersey.

Cleaned & infused into UK grown Winter Wheat Alcohol.

At the beginning, it was dry, tangy, green and a bit angry.

As it aged, over 8 months, it became Funky. Rich, Savory & Comforting.

 

Totally unique, and certainly the only expression through wild garlic you’ll ever find of spring 2025.

 

Cocktails:

 

Dirty Martini

1:1:.5

Gin or Vodka / Mouse Kingdom Wild Garlic / Vermouth

Stir over ice, serve ice cold & add high quality savory olives.

 

Mezcal Old Fashioned

1:1:.02

Mezcal / Mouse Kingdom Wild Garlic / Sugar & lime twist.

Mix over ice, ensure ice cold.

 

Bloody Mary.

Tomato Juice + Mouse Kingdom Wild Garlic + Every spice & condiment you possess.

 

Savoury G&T

25ml Gin, 25ml Mouse Kingdom Wild Garlic, top Mediterranean tonic. Garnish : herbs
