Wild Garlic Liqueur, 40% abv. 700ml

Wild Garlic, hand foraged in late May 2026, from various South Manchester locations.

Cleaned & infused into UK grown Winter Wheat Alcohol.

This year we’ve doubled the garlic content, and scaled up the batch, so more mice can experience the joy of the dirtiest Martini they’ll ever have.

At the beginning, it was dry, tangy, green and a bit angry.

As it aged, over 6 months this time, it became again Funky. Rich, Savory & Comforting.

With this release we’ve raised the MSG & Salt content – though they’re still only trace, and we’ve increased the sugar content slightly.

This makes this release more multipurpose and sippable. Where 2025 was rough round the edges in its authenticity, our 2026 bottling is calmer, greener and more polished.

On the nose, huge grassy wild garlic hit.

On the palate, vegetal green herbacous british peas, with a backbone of aromatic garlic.

The high greens at the beginning of the infusion turned to darker browns, with vivid chlorophyll sediment swirling in every bottle.

Totally unique, and certainly the only expression through wild garlic you’ll ever find of spring 2026.
