Felix, our founder.

After spending 20 years in bars & restaurants teaching bartenders the difference between cassis, mure & myrtille, he established a liqueur distillery in Manchester in 2022 and wrote the ingredients on the labels.

Ethically sourced from UK Hospitality with 15 years experience in flavour, balance & generosity of spirit(s).

Enjoys sweet chilli on sandwiches, and our India Ratnagiri 28.5% Coffee Liqueur.

A 7 year old rescue Greyhound from Dogs Trust in Denton, South East Manchester.

Rescued at the same time we rescued the Liqueur category from excessive sugar.
