Where do you deliver to?
Currently, we only ship to the UK. Hopefully soon we’ll be in more countries, but for now, it’s UK addresses only.
How much is delivery?
FREE delivery on all UK orders over £45
£6.60 standard DPD next day delivery on orders under £45
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11am or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Your order should arrive within 2 working days from dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will recieve delivery notifications via text and email from DPD.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days, contact orders@mousekingdom.co.uk. We’ll sort it out.
Do you offer express delivery?
Absolutely, we offer a priority tracked next day shipping service via APC for £12.60 if you place before 11am.
What is your INSANE in person delivery option?
We know this isn’t for everyone, but if you fancy your Liqueurs delivered by hand by our founder Felix, with our distillery dog Mouse to anywhere in the UK mainland (this may exclude the Scottish Highlands, but we’ll give it a go!), and a full range tasting lasting 2 hours then get involved!!
We’ll even throw in some secret merch, limited edition artwork and a teaser of future releases?!
We will need some time to organise this, so please keep an eye on your messages and allow 3-5 working days.
Can I send Liqueurs as a gift?
Absolutely! Just add a note at checkout if you’d like a personal message included.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. For now, it’s UK only. Watch this space!
