Bonfire Sour




Its nearly November, time to put your big coat on and grab the sparklers.


We decided to celebrate with a delicious simple sour style Cocktail.


Coffee & Orange are a match made in heaven.


Our rich roast from our Manchester friends, Heart & Graft, has oodles of Caramel, Chocolate, Bonfire toffee & Molasses. Paired with Pomelo, Orange, Dark Cooked Grapefruit & Lemon from our Quad Sec to balance. This cocktail is a rich, balanced take on a classic Whiskey Sour.


20ml Citrus Juice (We used easy peelers as they're in season. Crush them in the bottom of the shaker and save some of the skin for your Garnish)

 

Shake over ice and fine strain into an Old Fashioned Glass.

*optional, but desirable to drink this in a field with a sparkler and the smell of fireworks in the air)
