we use no plastic in production. our corks are made from wood sourced within the eu, our bottles from eu glass & recyclable low weight aluminium. our labels, paper.

every piece of incoming packaging is used on our outgoing orders or recycled.

​

our energy is provided by an 100% renewable supplier.

we vermicompost 90% of our food waste from production onsite.

​

any excess is transported by bike for local orchard projects or food prodution

​

as well as however much cardboard the worms care to eat. the rest is recycled.

we actively choose local suppliers and ingredients for any new product we launch.

this includes locally hand foraged produce which others might consider waste.

​

in late 2024 we will commence sourcing waste produce from manchester bars to repurpose into delicious sustainable liquids.

we choose low weight solutions for our taster kits, with a goal of reducing shipping carbon.

they are packaged in the waste paper from our sugar, which goes into our liqueurs.

​

we do still use recycled plastic wrap for our wholesale orders. we are searching for a solution for this and welcome contact from suppliers who might have an answer.
